This Privacy Policy explains what information Fifty Deuce Nation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to describe only the data practices the Platform actually uses. If a practice is not described here, we do not do it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the information described below to create your account and operate the Platform.
Account information. Your name, email address, and a password (which we store only in a securely hashed form — we never store your password in plain text). We also record whether your email has been verified.
Creator / profile information. Details you add to your player profile, such as stage name, creator type, biography, category, genre, city/location, and website.
Social media information. Any social media links or handles you voluntarily choose to add to your profile.
Uploaded profile / avatar photographs. Images you upload for your profile or avatar, which are stored with our hosting provider so they can be displayed within the Platform.
Avatar customization data. Your avatar choices, such as skin tone, hairstyle, outfit, and accessories.
Mission and progress information. Your activity within the Platform, including missions started or completed and any proof you submit for a mission.
Game state. Your XP, overall rating (OVR), levels, and FDN Coin balances.
Technical information. Basic technical and log information generated automatically when you use the Platform, which helps us keep the service running and diagnose errors.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and maintain your account and player profile;
- Provide core Platform features such as avatars, missions, ratings, and FDN Coins;
- Authenticate you and keep your account secure;
- Send you necessary emails such as account verification, password reset, and welcome messages;
- Operate, maintain, debug, and improve the Platform.
3. Authentication and Security
We use your email and password to authenticate you. Passwords are stored only in hashed form. We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in while you use the Platform. This cookie is required for authentication; we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
4. Email Communications
We send transactional emails that are part of using the Platform, such as email verification, password reset, and a welcome message. These are sent through an email delivery provider acting on our behalf.
5. Service Providers
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the Platform — for example, hosting and storage for the application and uploaded images, and an email delivery provider for the emails described above. Some features may process content you submit (such as analyzing an avatar image you provide) using a processing provider solely to deliver that feature. These providers may process your information only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your associated information, subject to reasonable backup cycles and any retention required by law.
7. Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings under Account & Privacy. Deletion requires confirmation so it does not happen by accident. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated player data from the Platform.
8. Your Privacy Choices
You can view and update much of your profile information from your account settings, change your password, and request account deletion. You may also contact us with any privacy request using the details below.
9. Security Practices
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including storing passwords only in hashed form and serving the Platform over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No online service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to address issues promptly.
10. Children’s / Minors’ Privacy
The Platform is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version and effective date and, where appropriate, ask you to review the updated policy. Your continued use of the Platform after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
