Terms of Service

By creating an account, checking the acceptance box during registration, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

To access most features you must create an account using a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use a strong password, to keep it secure, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may require email verification before granting full access to your account.

Your account includes a “player profile” that represents you within the Platform. This may include a stage name, creator type, city, avatar, ratings, and related information you choose to provide. You are responsible for the information you add to your profile and for keeping it accurate. Your profile and progress belong to your account and are tied to it.

“User Content” means any content you submit, upload, or display on the Platform, including profile details, stage names, biographies, images, and other materials. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

The Platform may allow you to upload creative materials such as photographs, avatar images, and, in the future, music, artwork, and videos. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions for anything you upload, and that your uploads do not infringe the rights of others.

You retain full ownership of your original creative work. Uploading music, photographs, videos, artwork, or other original content to Fifty Deuce Nation does not transfer ownership or copyright to us. Fifty Deuce Nation does not claim ownership of your creative work simply because you upload it to the Platform.

So that we can operate the Platform, you grant Fifty Deuce Nation a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display the content you upload solely as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform and its features to you (for example, showing your avatar or profile image within the app). This license exists only to run the service, ends when you delete the applicable content or your account (subject to reasonable backup and legal-retention periods), and does not grant us ownership of your work.

We respect intellectual-property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us at [email protected] with a description of the work, its location on the Platform, and your contact information. We may remove content that we believe in good faith infringes the rights of others and may disable accounts of repeat infringers.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes others’ rights;
• Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or sexually exploitative material;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Platform;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to abuse features, rewards, or virtual currency;
• Attempt to manipulate XP, ratings, achievements, or FDN Coin balances through fraud or exploits.

You may upload a profile or avatar photograph and customize an avatar. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any image you upload. Do not upload images of other people without their permission or images that are unlawful or infringing. Avatar and photo uploads are used to display your player within the Platform.

“FDN Coins” and other virtual items are in-app rewards used within Fifty Deuce Nation. They currently function as virtual platform rewards earned through activity such as completing missions and daily rewards. FDN Coins and virtual items are licensed to you for use within the Platform, are not your property, and cannot be transferred outside the Platform except as we may expressly permit.

FDN Coins are not cryptocurrency, investments, securities, bank deposits, or any form of legal tender, and they carry no guaranteed monetary value. If Fifty Deuce Nation later introduces paid FDN Coin purchases or other paid virtual items, additional purchase, refund, and virtual-item terms will be presented and will apply before any real-money purchase is available.

Except where we expressly state otherwise in writing, FDN Coins, XP, ratings, levels, achievements, and other virtual items have no real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged for anything of value outside the Platform.

The Platform includes gameplay elements such as experience points (XP), an overall rating (OVR), levels, missions, achievements, and rewards. These are provided for engagement and entertainment within the Platform. We may adjust, recalculate, reset, or modify these systems as we develop and improve the Platform.

The Platform is currently offered as a private beta. Features may be incomplete, may change, or may be removed, and the Platform may experience interruptions. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We appreciate your feedback as we improve the experience.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform or other users. You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account at any time through your account settings.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any gameplay element will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fifty Deuce Nation and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or virtual items, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fifty Deuce Nation operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The specific governing jurisdiction will be confirmed prior to full public launch.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version and effective date and, where appropriate, ask you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
